Alcatel GLIMPSE, a low-priced model with Android Go Edition
Chinese manufacturer TCL Communication has announced the low-end smartphone “Alcatel GLIMPSE” that uses Android Go Edition in the United States. Alcatel GLIMPSE is a low-end Android smartphone with a 5.5-inch FWVGA + (960 x 480) display, CPU is MediaTek MT6739WW 1.5GHz quad-core, RAM2GB, storage capacity is 16GB, and the main camera is a 5 million pixel camera.
It is a model for American Cricket Wireless, and it features Android 10 (Go Edition), which is a lightweight OS for low-end or entry class. Biometric authentication supports face authentication, there is an earphone terminal, and the connection terminal is MicroUSB. It has almost the same specifications as the Alcatel APPRISE announced in September 2020, but the camera specifications are different.
