AMD Radeon RX 6000 a new Model Line is officially presented
During today’s official presentation, AMD showed us a new generation of its video cards Radeon RX 6000, which currently includes the flagship and sub-flagship models Radeon RX 6900 XT, Radeon RX 6800 XT, and Radeon RX 6800. Interestingly, Radeon RX 6800 XT already was spotted a month ago at the presentation of the AMD Ryzen 5000.
AMD has announced two major innovations in the new Radeon 6000 model line increased clock speeds, and a new Infinity Cache, which has doubled in bandwidth. This has increased the performance-to-efficiency ratio by 54 percent compared to RDNA based graphics cards. The average performance of the RX 6900 XT increased by 65 percent compared to RDNA. Performance with 4K gaming has doubled compared to RDNA.

AMD positions Radeon RX 6800 as a direct competitor to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 TI and RTX 3070, Radeon RX 6800 XT as a competitor to RTX 3080, and Radeon RX 6900 XT as a competitor to RTX 3090. The best performance of the video card is shown when using Rage Mode overclocking technology. and Smart Access Memory.
Interestingly, AMD solutions often overtake NVIDIA not only in performance but also in energy efficiency. Since there is no phenomenal difference between AMD and NVIDIA solutions, as between AMD and Intel in the processor market, the company that will be able to meet the demand for next-generation graphics cards will also benefit. NVIDIA has failed to do so, but we’ll see if AMD can do it.
