Apple iPhone SE Plus Release Date
In a few weeks, Apple should present a new flagship model line iPhone 12, which will include four models with support for fifth-generation networks. According to well-known Apple product analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the company will release a new iPhone SE Plus next fall. As far as the release date of Apple iPhone SE Plus is concerned, iPhone SE Plus should be presented in the second half of 2021
According to Kuo, the new iPhone SE Plus will have a really nice price tag. The model will be equipped with a display with a diagonal of 5.5 or 6.1 inches, and the type of display matrix – IPS, which Apple’s flagship iPhone plans to abandon in the iPhone 12. It is expected that budget iPhone models will come with IPS displays for several years.
It is expected that the iPhone SE Plus will be released in the form factor of iPhone XR or iPhone 8 Plus, but since the model will have Touch ID, you should expect either a smartphone with iPhone 8 Plus design, or a smartphone with iPhone XR design, but without Face ID and with a fingerprint scanner on the sidebar. Interestingly, support for 5G in the new model will most likely not be, despite the fact that it will most likely run on the flagship Apple A14 chipset.
Recall that the Apple A14 is the first 5-nanometer chipset in the world, which is currently available only in the fourth-generation iPad Air, which was presented just a week ago. This chipset will also be responsible for the operation of four new flagship iPhones 12.
