The Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is in its eighth season and is the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s professional Twenty20 league cricket franchise (BCB). The competition features seven teams from seven different cities in Bangladesh: Chattogram Challengers, Comilla Victorians, Dhaka, Fortune Barishal, Khulna Tigers, and Sylhet Sunrises. BCB had previously scheduled the twnety20 league for December-January each year, however, the two events were postponed due to a coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

Gazi TV (GTV) and Maasranga Television to broadcast live coverage of BPL – Bangladesh Premier League 2022 in Bangladesh; all 34-matches including qualifier, eliminator, and final will be streamed live on Rabbitholebd Sports Channel for free. On the other hand, PTV Sports Live and A-Sports HD are going to on-air the seventh edition of HBL PSL 2022 matches; so cricket lovers can enjoy both T20 leagues.
By a report, the media rights for Gazi TV and Maasranga Television were sold for 640 crores (US$82 million). The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has sold the broadcasting rights to GTV and Maasranga TV, which have ties to Page Nine, for the next three years, and all matches will be aired live on Rabbitholebd’s YouTube channel for free.
Geo Super is the official broadcasting partner for the live coverage of BPL – Bangladesh Premier League 2022 in Pakistan. Cricket fans can watch all 34 matches including Eliminator, Qualifier, and Final on the digital platform Daraz App online for free.
In Australia, Fox Sports acquired the broadcasting rights for the Bangladesh Premier League season eighth (BPL 2022). Moreover, Foxtel App and Kayo Sports digitally live stream the BPL T20 League 2022 in Australia through paid subscription charges – Monthly or Annual.
