Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Release Date
There has been speculation about the latest instalment of the popular Call of Duty series for some time. This time there was another leak, all because of Doritos, a popular manufacturer of chips. After analyzing the internal files, it turned out that this is probably the alpha version of the upcoming part of the popular FPS cycle. The promotion of Doritos starts on October 5 this year, so we can count that Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War game will also debut in October.
Call of Duty: Black Ops
The first part of Black Ops turned out to be for Treyarch what Modern Warfare was for Infinity Ward, a real breakthrough in the Call of Duty brand. The first part of Black Ops, released in 2010, took the player to the games of the Cold War, which were so little explored in games.
We participated, among others in the conflict in Vietnam, we escaped from the labour camp in Vorkuta, and the production itself also touched upon interesting topics of the CIA’s experiments on humans. The first Black Ops was really successful! Activision apparently listened to the fans and focused on getting back from the roots.
Where is the new Call of Duty?
The problem is that the following parts of Black Ops did not even come close to the subject matter of the “number one”, and seriously quickly began to lose interest. For some time now, we have been reading about the alleged leaks on the internet about what the new part of the popular shooter series will be. After all, this time Treyarch, the people responsible for BO, is working on the production.
The promotion of the popular Doritos chips has just leaked – when buying chips, we can count on double XP in the game. Thanks to this, you can admire the first logo and the title of the new part of the series, i.e. Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War.
The latest leaks confirm previous reports – Activision focuses on proven solutions and we return to the times of the Cold War. Thus, we can probably count on the war in Vietnam and … secret CIA projects. Earlier, a product called “The Red Door” appeared on the PS Store, which quickly got a patch weighing 71 GB.
