Facebook gives Messenger users more reasons to use Rooms
Facebook gives Messenger users more reasons to use Rooms. The company has updated the service, adding more useful features.
Messenger Rooms video conferencing service today gets new features designed to simplify the process of creating and joining “rooms”, as well as functions for their personalization. The changes were announced immediately after Messenger “fell” from the top of the App Store charts in the US, where it is usually in the top ten.
The “rooms” will now appear at the top of the Chats tab in your Inbox to make them easier to find. Facebook also gives Messenger users more options to personalize their “rooms” – you can set your own background, for example.
The changes also affected the management of Rooms. According to Facebook, you can now set a video conference start date and adjust your audience choices. In addition, Room Management will allow you to view, join, edit, or later delete the rooms you’ve created, as well as invite other people to join your existing one
