Huawei announces its new Flagship Smartphones Huawei Mate 40 Pro and Mate 40 Pro +
Huawei has officially unveiled the new flagship Mate 40, which includes the Mate 40 Pro and Mate 40 Pro Plus, among others. These are the company’s flagship models, the cameras of which were developed with Leica engineers.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a new flagship 1 / 1.28 ”sensor with a resolution of 50 MP, support for optical stabilization and autofocus. The smartphone is capable of shooting video at 4K 60 fps, as well as at 720p 3840 fps. Interestingly, the selfie camera can also shoot at 4K 60 fps and Full HD 240 fps.
The smartphone is also equipped with an ultra-wide module of 20 MP f / 1.8, and Huawei Mate 40 Pro should be the first on the market with an ultra-wide module without distortion. The model is also equipped with a periscope module with tenx optical zoom at 8 MP with f / 4.4. There is also another telephoto module with triple optical zoom at 12 MP.
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.76-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1344 x 2772 pixels, the viewing angle is 88 degrees. The display refresh rate is 90 Hz, the sensor refresh rate is 240 Hz. The 4400 mAh battery is responsible for the autonomy, it supports 66W fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
The flagship Kirin 9000 chipset is responsible for the work, the chipset includes four Cortex-A77 cores and four Cortex-A55 cores. It also includes a 24-core Mali-G78 and a 5G modem. Interestingly, the Huawei Mate 40 model line has support for the Huawei M Pen 2 and Multi-screen Collaboration.

Huawei Mate 40 Pro will be available in a single configuration with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro Price is 1,200 euros and will be available in more colors. Huawei Mate 40 Pro + will be available in ceramic design, a choice will be available in white and black. Pro + will also support eSIM and 12 GB of RAM, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro Plus price is 1,400 euros.
