ICC Announced 20-Member Umpires and Match Referees for ICC T20 World Cup 2021
ICC named the 20-member umpires and match referees for the T20 World Cup 2021. The T20 World Cup 2021 match officials list includes 16 umpires and four-match referees. The ICC published this list to ensure that all 45 T20 World Cup matches in 2021 will be overseen by impartial umpires.
Additionally, the International Cricket Council announced that three umpires will referee their sixth T20 World Cup competition, including Aleem Dar, Marais Erasmus, and Rod Tuck. Kumar Dharmasena of Sri Lanka will oversee the opening match of the T20 World Cup 2021 against Oman and Papua New Guinea.
Dharmasena served as the field umpire for the final of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. Apart from that, Ranjan Madugalle will replace Richard Kettleborough as the match referee. Meanwhile, will serve as the television umpire and Ahsan Raza as the fourth official for the debut match.
Whereas, Dar, Erasmus, Australia’s David Boon, the match referee, and Chris Brown, the television umpire, will officiate the England and West Indies Group A encounter.

The Live Stream of T20 World Cup 2021 starts from 17th October in UAE and Oman. The International Cricket Council (ICC) makes sure to look at the final arrangements to host the mega-event. Currently, the 20 member Match officials are announced and later their salaries will also be revealed by ICC in the coming days.
