LG PuriCare portable air purifier with replaceable H13 HEPA filters
With the current pandemic, it was only a matter of time before technology adapted to different aspects of our lives. Today, it seems like technology has taken over face masks, as LG announced its PuriCare portable air purifier.
It uses two replaceable HEPA H13 filters, which ensures that it is environmentally friendly. To help the user breathe, the mask uses dual ventilators and a patented breathing sensor to automatically sense the user’s breathing cycle and volume and adjust the speed of their ventilators accordingly.
The mask comes with a charging case containing UV-LED lights that kill harmful germs when stored. The case can even send a notification to the LG ThinQ mobile app when the filters need to be replaced for optimum performance. When it comes to runtime, the mask’s 820mAh battery provides up to eight hours of operation in low power mode and up to two hours in high power mode.
