LinkedIn Career Explorer Tool Helps You to Find a Job

LinkedIn has launched a Career Explorer tool that will help you find a job

LinkedIn has launched a new tool called Career Explorer. Based on skills and experience, it offers new positions that can suit the user. Career Explorer may offer positions that the user has not even considered before. The service also gives recommendations on what additional training you need to go through for a new job.

Here is an example of using Career Explorer from LinkedIn: a waiter and a customer service specialist have the necessary skills by 71%. At the same time, neither of them can be strictly considered a “mental worker”, but both interact with clients. Career Explorer may offer the waiter additional training (on the LinkedIn platform) to learn or improve skills that he or she lacks to work as a customer service manager.

For now, the beta version of Career Explorer is only available in English, but support for other languages will be available soon.
