Nikon Z5 Full Frame Mirrorless Camera Goes on Sale

Nikon previously launched the full-frame mirrorless cameras Z7 and Z6. Nikon is launching the Nikon Z5 full frame mirrorless camera this year. With the Z5 model, it joined the series in a more affordable model for the full-frame mirrorless machine class. Nikon’s new machine is positioned between the lower-end Z50 and the Z6 among the previous models. The new machine Z5 was priced at $ 600 cheaper than the Z6, which was released last year.

Technical Specifications

The Nikon Z5 will be used with Z mount lenses, just like any other Z series camera. With a broader lens, mount diameter than Nikon’s 47mm diameter F mount lenses, Z mount lenses provides more light input. The Nikon Z5 has a 24.3-megapixel full-frame sensor. Z5, like its own family Z6, incorporates an in-body image stabilization system. It also offers a 273-point hybrid AF system and 3.69 million-point electronic viewfinder hardware to its users.

Nikon, Z5 model used dual memory card slots that are not available in Z6 and Z7. Thus, a solution is provided for backup and photo security, which is essential for users. The Z5 has two UHS-II SD card slots. The Nikon Z5 is 134 x 100.5 x 69.5mm in size, and with a weight of 680 grams, it is elementary to carry.

Z5 has some deficiencies compared to the upper levels, z6 and z7. The most obvious of these is the absence of a top OLED screen. The Z5’s exposure mode dial is located on the high screen of other machines. Besides, the device does not have a back-illuminated full-frame image sensor. Also, it is not very ideal for 4K video shooting with a 1.7x crop rate.

A Brand New Kit Lens

The Nikon Z5 is launching with a new kit lens for the Z series. This lens is Nikon ‘s smallest full-frame Z-mount lens to date. With a 24-50mm angle range and f / 4-6.3 aperture, this lens creates a compact and versatile package with small Z-series bodies.

The Nikon Z5 will be available in August. Only the body of the $1,400, the new 24-50mm f / 4-6.3 lens is combined with 1,700 dollars, is expected to be available with the price tag.
