Sony Pictures Network owned the broadcasting rights for Pakistan vs South Africa 2021 1st Test as Sony Ten 2 HD to telecast Pak vs SA 2021 in India. Pakistan will face South Africa in a test series of two-match scheduled to begin on January 26, 2021.

Finally, great news for Indian cricket fans as well as Pakistani fans that Pakistan Cricket Board finally got a broadcaster for the Indian market as Sony Pictures Network to broadcast series live in India. The SPN network purchased the broadcast right of the Pakistan Cricket Board for three years which means the Sony Network will on-air all Pakistan’s International, Home, and PSL T20I league matches.

PTV Sports and SuperSport acquired the broadcasting rights to telecast Pakistan vs Africa 2021 Test series in Pakistan and African regions. Well, Pakistan Cricket Board is expanding its broadcasting rights as the PSL 2021 Broadcasting rights are also expanded in India, United Kingdom, and European countries.

Babar Azam will lead the Test Side for the first time after recovering from the thumb injury, as Babar Azam missed his New Zealand tour which Pakistan lost miserably. “Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) has acquired the broadcast rights to the Pakistan Cricket Board for a period of three years. SPN will broadcast all international parties at home in Pakistan along with the Pakistan Super League. With the acquisition of PCB rights, Sony Pictures Networks India has the transmission rights to a total of five international cricket boards,” said Rajesh Kaul, Director of Revenue, Distribution, and Director of Sports Business at Sony Pictures Network India.

“The PCB welcomes Sony Pictures Networks India to its list of elite broadcasters who will have rights to pakistan’s bilateral series and PSL 2021-23. Through this partnership, cricket fans in South Asia will be able to follow and enjoy high-quality cricket action in Pakistan in all formats with some of today’s best stars,” WASim Khan, PCB’s CEO, said in an official statement.

“Despite the challenging covid-19 times, these are still incredibly exciting times for Pakistan’s cricket. The return home of all cricket has attracted leading sports streaming partners to place Pakistan’s cricket on their networks, which in turn will provide better access to our fans and fans around the world to follow us and stay connected with us,” he added.

Where Pakistan will be busy playing Test series against the African team on their home ground, UAE (United Arab Emirates) will host the T10 League 2021 Live Streaming (Abu Dhabi T10 Cricket League starting from 28th January 2021.

“Until pakistan’s 2023 Super League, the world’s most attractive and outstanding international cricketers will play cricket in Pakistan and this is too tempting an opportunity for any renowned announcer to lose it.”
